Founded by Jennifer, Hector, Diego and Liam...

Liam was born with one extra 21st chromosome in August of 2009. Liam is an amazing spirit who constantly inspires us, opens our hearts, forces us to speak the truth and stay on path.
Diego is a senior at a performing arts preperatory. Music saved his life at age 10, when he was diagnosed with a autoimmune blood disorder and had to stop all physical play activities. He sings with the chamber choir and plays an array of instruments with guitar as his passion. He writes his own music and leads his band.

Hector is a farmer at heart. He is from a small rural indigenous town in the state of Puebla, Mexico. His family is part of a cooperative of coffee growers. He comes from a long lineage of native mexican indian healers and herbalists. With his love for the earth, Hector is an amazing organic gardener and orchid aficionado. His other passions include wilderness exploring, fishing, soccer, music and guitar.

Jennifer has a great social entrepreneurial spirit. After deciding to depart her corporate marketing and sales career, she began studying natural healing and holistic nutrition. In 2005 she opened the first all organic vegan restaurant, Mandala Tearoom, located in old town Scottsdale, AZ. A year later, she launched a sister business, Mandala Apothecary, all organic retail boutique and healing spa. Due to the decline in the US economy, Mandala closed mid 2009. Jennifer holds a bachelors degree in foreign languages from Arizona State University and a MBA of International Management from Thunderbird. She is a successful bilingual (Spanish/English) and multi-cultural business woman. She has traveled extensively throughout Latin America for both business negotiations and personal pleasure. Jennifer's favorite thing is to nurse baby Liam while his big brother, Diego, sings and plays guitar. In addition to mothering two boys, she volunteers as the Spanish chapter leader for Sharing Down Syndrome Arizona and the board of educators for a new holistic learning community.
